North Central Ohio
Walking Horse Association

North Central Ohio Walking Horse Association
(NCOWHA) is dedicated to promoting the breed of the Tennessee Walking Horse. It is with great pride that the members work to bring awareness through breeding, exhibiting, and promoting publicity of the Tennessee Walking Horse. We also believe in respect and humane treatment for not just the Tennessee Walking Horse but all horses.

A Tennessee Walking horse can and will give you the ride of your dreams. They are famous for their ability to do a flat walk, running walk and a rocking chair canter. All gaits are so smooth that they have no bounce. Tennessee Walking Horses have great temperaments, which make them great choices for all ages.  They are a very versatile horse; they can be great at anything from trails, team penning, jumping, 4-H or show competition at any level.
